"Pretty smooth order, just a small mix-up"
I ordered a few lunch items through Food Drop Caribbean, it went well. The main food was all there, the drinks came too, and they actually followed my note about no onions, which I appreciated. The only thing missing was one sauce, but it wasn’t a big deal. Delivery was fine, and everything matched what I picked on the site. I’d use them again for sure. Giving 4 stars just because of that little mix-up.

"App and site are a mess"
I tried to place an order, but the app and website were both a nightmare. The pages kept freezing, half the buttons wouldn’t work, and I ended up just sitting there stuck in a queue for way too long. Really frustrating experience
"Courier updates were a bit frustrating"
The driver took a while to reply, which made me a little anxious while waiting. Thankfully, the food still arrived okay in the end, so it wasn’t a disaster.

The driver was professional, friendly, and showed up on time. I’ve had drivers in the past seem impatient, so I really appreciated that he waited a minute while I found my change.

and I ended up ordering based on the menu, but some of the prices and items didn’t match what they actually had. I had to switch up my order last minute, which was a little frustrating.

"Slow support when I needed help"
I tried getting in touch with Food Drop Caribbean about an issue with my order, and the replies took way too long. I sent a couple messages and just sat there waiting without any real update, which is frustrating when you’re already hungry. I even ended up making a sandwich while waiting, which kind of defeated the whole point of ordering food in the first place. When they finally did answer, it felt like they hadn’t really read what I wrote and just gave a vague response. The service wasn’t the absolute worst or anything, but their customer support definitely needs a lot of work. I probably wouldn’t use them again if I needed quick help with an order

I ordered this last night for dinner, and by the time it got to my door, the soup had leaked all over the inside of the bag. I was really looking forward to it after work, but the packaging just didn’t hold up and it made a mess before I could even eat

"Tracking was reliable"
The map was mostly accurate and made it easy to feel like I knew what was going on. It did lag a little right near the delivery, but overall I appreciated the transparency. It just feels fair when customers can actually see where their order is...

"My first impression was good..."
My first impression was good. The site picked up my delivery address fast just from the area name, which I didn’t expect. I did have to nudge the pin a bit, but the order showed up fine in the end. Solid 4 stars from me.
"The tracking was so confusing"
I ordered food and the tracking just keeps saying “processing” for what felt like forever, then all of a sudden it say “out for delivery” with no real time or useful update. I couldn’t tell if it was still at the store, already on the way, or running late.
The messages came way too late and they didn’t really explains anything. I just keep checking the app myself, which got annoying fast. When you’re hungry and waiting around, that kind of thing is really frustrating

I picked contactless, but the driver still called me outside and handed me the bag. No photo, no drop-off note. Food was fine, delivery process wasn’t.

"Cancellation policy feels unfair"
I placed an order and realized quickly that I needed to cancel it, but somehow I still ended up getting charged, and when I reached out for help the whole process felt confusing because support just kept repeating that the order had already been accepted even though it felt like there was barely any time to correct a simple mistake, so it left a bad taste and I don’t see myself using this again.

I used a promo code on Food Drop Caribbean and it actually took the money off right away which was nice, the delivery was a little slower than I expected but the food still came in good shape and tasted good so I was happy with the order overall.

"Pretty inconsistent experience"
I’ve tried them at two different locations now, and both times the food showed up late. When I reached out to support, they didn’t really seem interested in helping, maybe I’m reading too much into the tone, but it felt like they just wanted to get me off the chat. At this point, it’s not worth the stress for me anymore.

"Refund took a little while, but the credit worked"
I’ve used Food Drop Caribbean a few times now, and overall it’s been “pretty okay.” Most of my orders have gone fine, but one time I had a few missing items, so I reached out to ask about getting a refund.
Support did reply, but it took longer than I expected, and I had to follow up to get things moving. Instead of a refund, they gave me store credit, which wasn’t really what I wanted at first.
The credit did show up in my account, and I was able to use it on another order, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the whole refund/credit process was “clearer” and a bit faster.

"Scheduled Order Was Smooth Overall"
I tried using Food Drop Caribbean to schedule lunch for later in the day, and overall, the process was straightforward. Setting the time was easy, I got the confirmation almost immediately, and the order arrived fairly close to the window I had selected.
The only minor issue was that the tracking didn’t update as quickly as I would’ve liked, so I was kind of checking back a bit. But the food arrived fine, everything was in order, and there were no major problems

"Payment failed and I was too tired to keep trying"
I tried placing my order twice, but the payment just kept spinning and then failing. My card works fine everywhere else, so I’m not sure what the issue was with fooddropcaribbean.com. There wasn’t a clear error message or any quick help, and I’m just tired of having to chase down basic service issues like this. After wasting enough time, I gave up and ordered from somewhere else. Frustrating.
